Dean, Austin and the gang here are extraordinary! They work efficiently and with such integrity. My car is older with many many miles on it and many many problems. Instead of telling me I got a junker and not worth pursuing any fixes, they diagnosed, gave their recommendations and moved forward with whatever I wanted. They treated me so kindly with such care as if I rolled in with a Bentley. Wonderful shop that I would give 10 Stars to and recommend to EVERYONE!

Simmons automotive is top notch for the industry! Dean, Austin, and their crew are incredible at what they do and operate with the most integrity I’ve seen in this market! As woman walking into any car shop, I’ve experience many bad tastes and even been treated like an idiot but Simmons automotive listened carefully to everything I noticed about my car and genuinely cared about my thoughts and opinions on the matter. They truly are the best guys in town to work with and if I could give them 10 stars I would! I’d recommend them everyone!!

OK, how rare is it to find an honest repair person? Very rare! And moreso in regard to auto repair. I pulled into Simmons this week because I loved their sign that read God Bless America—-that is rare as well. The dealer quoted be at over $600.00, and likely over $1,000. The punchline: Austin drove me home, and when the work was done after having my car for a number of days to detect the problem on my Chrysler 300, the bill was $108.00. !!! This is the place to go, without a doubt. Honest, competent, decent people—-hey, there is still hope for our country! Bruce 🙂

Would not trust our cars with anyone else! Dean and Family always take care of us don't have to worry about being charged for services we do not need like at other automotive shops.

Simmons is always busy but worth the wait. I went in to get a light fixed. They checked all my lights, found two other lights not working properly and fixed them. They even laugh at my 30 second jokes.

As always, 100% courteous and on point for service. Took my RAV4 in for 30000K maintenance and was in and out in about 1 hour 45 minutes. Vehicle runs great and I know it always will because I have the best automotive team in the city!

I'm a senior widow that knows little to nothing about car repair. I do know I have been lied to and ripped off by some unscrupulous shops in the past, but Simmons is a breath of fresh air in so many ways!! Dean and Austin are honest, mannerly, knowledgeable professionals. Their shop is clean and so is their language (smile!). I am so blessed to have found them.

This was the best experience at a car repair shop I have ever had!! Both Dean and Austin were professional, courteous, and honest when it came to diagnosing the troubles I was having with my car. They gave me the worst case scenario and I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that the expensive part was still good. I feel many other people would have taken advantage of that situation but they treated me with respect and fairness when taking care of my vehicle. Dean even gave me a ride home so that I didn't have to pay for a Lyft ride. They will be the only ones that I trust with my car from now on and I will refer everyone I know to their shop! Couldn't have asked for a better experience in that type of situation!

Just went in the wood to lock em up works great can’t wait to hit some serious shit next week
