Am always treated nicely at Simmons Automotive. Always do their best to work me in if I have a need of an emergency repair. One time when my car was in the shop for some work, they found out that the tire shop that put on my four new tires, had super over inflated one of the tires. That explained why I was bumping down the road and going hard around corners. It was lovely to get that fixed. Happy with their service.

Simmons has great service. They inspect everything, give you a detailed list with pricing up front, allow you to choose what services you would like to have completed and do quality work.

Dean and team did an amazing job with getting my truck set up with a leveling kit. Highly recommend bringing your car to them.

I made an appointment with Simmons Automotive after reviewing testimonials on their website. I had a not-so-happy experience when I first moved to the Tacoma area with my vehicle's dealership. Austin at Simmons exceeded their service! He was friendly on the phone when I called with questions & he & Leslie welcomed me upon arrival for my appointment. I waited for my car to have an oil change, tire rotation & brake inspection (in a clean waiting area). I was pleased when Austin reviewed recommended additional services & a timeframe to have the work done. I made another appointment scheduled for September & left feeling good about choosing Simmons for my automotive needs. They offered the 3 things that are important to me - friendliness, honesty & good communication!
