I worked with Dean and the family at Simmons auto for a good period of time over the summer into the winter, from an inside perspective this has by far been one of my favorite shops to work at, The care for customers, The honesty within inspections, The finding the root cause and concern for the customer created an impeccable work environment that I still recommend customers go to even after my departure. I recommend anyone who is looking for a good shop to go to that will provide amazing work with honesty as a must come to Simmons auto.

Great customer service! I arrived early for my appointment and they got my car right in, had the problem pinpointed and were able to repair it in less than 2 hours. They also performed a vehicle inspection and provided me a list of recommended services with estimates. I appreciated that!

Excellent customer service and everyone was so friendly! What really impressed me though was the honesty. I was told by my dealership I needed certain services and Simmons told me I actually did not, that I could go for a couple thousand more miles without needing transmission service or even an oil change. A friend referred me here and I'm so glad I took their advice.

Great personal attention at Simmons. Had a mystery noise and Dean drove it with me so I could describe it then back to the shop to take a look. Rear differential is the culprit. This is a great shop with great people only place we go for automotive work. They are also very good at answering questions and offering advice to prevent excess wear and tear.

I came in expecting to be turned away, I thank you for still looking at my 1990 Van and at least letting me know what was wrong. In the future I will take my car here, this place was helpful and the folks Are good.

First time customer and will say that I found my "go to" auto repair shop! Leslie and Austin provided excellent customer service! Brought my daughter's vehicle for an oil change and also for courtesy check. They found some items that needed to be addressed and naturally have some questions. Austin explained to me in great detail and afterwards, felt no pressure and at ease that my daughter's SUV will be taken care of. Long story short, I had asked Austin to me put on the schedule for another visit. Finding knowledgeable, professional and honest auto repair shop is always difficult and extremely glad our community still have Simmons Automotive!
