Austin was great on the phone for my appt and he was great the morning of my appt and I was a few minutes late ( I left a voicemail) but he was great. My vehicle was in and out and he went over the work in detail.

I had a vehicle emergency. Dean not only acted prompted, but was so kind and patient as I literally was at my wits end. This was my 3rd time having this exact problem that had most me well over $500 previously, only to have it happen again. I had gone to a very popular auto repair place previously for years and was sold a "brand new top of the line" 2x more expensive battery. But, when Dean tested it, the meter read 30% power. Dean replaced it, showed me the 90% life and I was back in business nicety spilt for a 1/3 of the price. Plus, top of the line "Cust Service" like it used to be back in the day. Thanks Dean and crew .... I owe you!! ~One grateful customer

Had my car towed to Simmons from the Toyota dealer (long story so I'm not gonna get into that). I needed a full diagnostic run on my car because of a flashing engine light and my car stuttered so bad the whole thing shook. I called late Friday and Dean said I could have it towed in on Monday and even recommended a good towing company (they were fair in price and had good drivers 👍). Had it towed in Monday afternoon and got the diagnosis on Wednesday. They ran a full inspection that's VERY well documented and they were very thoughtful of my concerns and thorough in their inspections/tests. They didn't try to push a sale or anything, even recommending buying another vehicle over replacing the engine or trying to bandaid it (as my engine had over 327k miles on it and there was a very low success rate of a mend working for very long). They lowered the cost of the diagnostic as my car wasn't gonna be driving no more :( and I had it towed out. These guys showed a lot of humanity and integrity in both their work and customer service. I'd highly recommend them if you're looking to figure out what's wrong with your car or need a repair done! 👍 Shout out to Austin and Dean, thank you guys
