It took me 1 minute only to decide not having business with this shop. Walked in asking if they can check ABS lights...Front-desk requested to make an appointment for testing/diagnostic. I asked if they charge for testing, he said: Yes. I just left. If you have 2 people working as front desk doing "Scheduling and Billing" who gonna pay their salary, so its fees and fees. Making an appointment to figure out an issue if not efficient, when a customer walks-in, its advisable to provide faster service that leads to solutions: "This i your car problem and it would cost X amount".

Simmons Automotive did an excellent job fixing my radiator. So far, the car is driving great, and the issue I had has completely stopped. The new radiator looks great! The customer service was outstanding from the moment I walked in—professional, friendly, and efficient. Scheduling was a breeze, and I really appreciate the app they use to show the work order, the completed work, and all the documentation. It’s a very transparent and convenient system. I’ll definitely be back for any future needs. Highly recommend!
