I chose this shop based on online reviews. This was my first visit and I am quite impressed. They are very knowledgeable, accurate, honest, and reasonably priced. They were extremely detailed with their inspection and diagnosis that I was pretty surprised about and thankful for. Ive been to multiple other shops/dealerships over the years and this is by far the best. They gained a new customer. I definitely recommend

After my Jeep Comanche sat in the garage for a year with a broken trackbar and a pile of new uninstalled parts, Dean finally got my build back on track. He installed a 4.5" lift, new steering, and suspension components, and even handled a rear axle swap with a unit I brought in from the junkyard. His communication was fantastic throughout the process, and his expertise really showed in the quality of the work. Its rare to find a shop that takes this much care with custom builds. Ill definitely be back!

this is my second time at simmons and i’d go back again. they’re thorough and honest. seems to be more and more rare these days. i like that when they do i diagnosis they include photos, descriptions of their findings and upload to a portal with a link. it’s kinda like going to a doctors office. you can read the mechanic lingo, see the photos for yourself and share the link with a friend or family member who is versed in cars too for advice and opinions. in my most recent case, this time, the repairs on my car out-valued the car itself so i decided not to go forward with the repair. (it happens. the car had a long life with me. a decade+, and had been driven across the country) but telling them ‘no thank you’ was no hassle. no trying to push me into service. i just came and picked up the car. i asked some advice, and they even gave me some opinions on what next steps could be. as i start my car replacement journey id be happy to bring a potential purchase to them for inspection and know that ill get a clear idea of what’s the used car has going on and if the purchase is worth it.

I work really close by and when I called to see if I could get in for an oil change they were so accommodating and fast. Oil change was done quickly. Price was great. They did a free inspection and put my mind at ease that my car was running as it should! Will definitely come back!

Simmons Automotive did a great job on repairing a complicated brake situation on my truck. It took multiple trips to the shop and different strategies to locate the root cause issue. I definitely felt frustrated because this is how I transport my children to and from safely. But with complicated situations and emotions aside this required much patience and preservation. I'm so happy that the team at Simmons Automotive finally fixed a rare situation where I had a damaged brake actuator that needed to be replaced.
