I had a vehicle emergency. Dean not only acted prompted, but was so kind and patient as I literally was at my wits end. This was my 3rd time having this exact problem that had most me well over $500 previously, only to have it happen again. I had gone to a very popular auto repair place previously for years and was sold a "brand new top of the line" 2x more expensive battery. But, when Dean tested it, the meter read 30% power. Dean replaced it, showed me the 90% life and I was back in business nicety spilt for a 1/3 of the price. Plus, top of the line "Cust Service" like it used to be back in the day.
