Simmons performed a pre--purchase inspection that was thorough, professional, and very detailed. I learned things about the car that I never noticed, and I avoided an unfortunate purchase. Dean and Austin were outstanding, and while waiting for the inspection, I was very impressed with their helpful attitude and automobile knowledge when talking to customers on the telephone or at the counter. Highly Recommended!

I always feel better knowing they have looked my car over carefully and have found anything that might need to be fixed, but never recommend anything that does not need to be fixed. Very trustworthy.

I was able to schedule a drop-off within a couple days. They texted me a crazy cool list of suggestions based on my own concerns as well as other things to check out at my request. The suggestions came with pictures to show why they thoughts certain things needed attention and estimates that I could easily approve then to go ahead and work on without even calling. When I did call to talk through them, they made recommendation on prioritising the repairs. Grade A. **Update: They called to let me know that some of the repairs ended up being something much more simple and reduced the total cost by about 25%. Would recommend.
