i recently took my vehicle to Simmons Automotive to have the Air Conditioner repaired. I dropped the vehicle off and came home. About an hour after getting home, I received a Call from Austin at Simmons. He informed me that the AC problem was common in my car and was a silent recall issue. He further informed me that the dealer would fix it for free. I have used Simmons for years and have always been impressed with their excellence in automotive repair and service. This incident clearly shows their honesty as well. They put my interest before their own. They could have repaired the AC and enjoyed the profits, however they took the more difficult path and put my interest first. My AC was repaired by the dealer at no cost to me. If you are looking for a repair shop that is excellent and honest, Simmons Automotive is the best!

Took my car to Simmons for Air Conditioner repair. About an hour after getting home they called to tell me the AC problem was a silent recall item for my car and the dealer would repair it for free.They put my interest before their profits. I have dealt with them for years and they are easily the most excellent and honest auto repair shop I have ever used. I am 70 years old and have used a lot of different shops in the past, but Simmons is the only one in my future!

I recently went here for transmission work ,and they were about to close but they let me bring my truck in and they would look @it 1st thing in a.m, I was asked to feel out a questionnaire bout vehicle and how I would like to be contacted I chose text and that is exactly what they did ,I especially liked how they text me every detail of what's wrong with truck and prices ! I chose not to get work done because it really wasn't worth getting fixed but there professionalism is top notch and very friendly folks ,I would DEFINETLY take my vehicle to them again
