I contacted Simmons because I needed to replace the factory suspension on my Toyota 4Runner, and I found them online with a lot of positive reviews. I talked to both Dean and Austin on the phone, and they were helpful in starting the process to figure out what I needed. I really liked that they used a website to document all of the different parts they had to install and how much each piece was going to cost, and then that I had the ability to approve or reject any of the repairs and call them to ask specifics if I so wanted. I did a lot of research to figure out what I wanted to replace the factory suspension, and Dean reached out and gave me advice as to what I should get and I eventually went with something he had suggested because it was a cheaper yet still very reliable option. The day came around to get the work done, and although the repair took a bit longer than I was expecting (picked it up 1 day after instead of the day that I dropped it off), Austin called me multiple times to update me on their progress and my truck came out perfect. Overall, very happy with the work and professionalism that I found at Simmon's Automotive.

This is seriously the best small business in the automotive industry in Tacoma. I work at a Luxury Dealer/Service Dept and the customer service is on par, and the service is very well executed and the prices are on point! They say they're mechanics with integrity and they don't exaggerate. The owner does what is in his customers best interest even at his own expense on occasion. Have been coming for years, our family have 5 cars regularly serviced here and Will never go anywhere else!
