This is the second time that we have used Simmons Automotive for service on our vehicle. Austin and the rest of the staff at Simmons are absolutely amazing. They always go above and beyond to ensure that our vehicle is leaving there better than ever. The thing that I like the most is they send you a list of the things that need to be done on your vehicle and explain everything and add pictures to show you and the you can choose what services you want done.

As always Simmons automotive is my go to place for my vehicles. I recently had the misfortune of a rear end collision that ultimately totaled my car. Dean and Austin worked me into their already busy schedule to do a pre-purchase inspection of a vehicle I had to find in a hurry for replacement. As usual, friendly staff, excellent communication with us, and care to our vehicle. Received a text with a link to a very detailed diagnostic with images and comments galore a few hours after dropping off my van where I could review and approve suggested work. But it didn't stop there! They called a few minutes after reviewing and approving to see if I had any questions and checked to see if we would be okay with them keeping the car over night. Awesome service as usual and this new additional communication is amazing. Love Simmons!
