Austin and the guys were great! I had neglected the maintenance on my car for some time and it was running poorly. They did a full inspection provided me with a detailed list of what needed to be done. They took the time to answer all of my questions, were fast with the inspection and repairs and were quick to communicate anything I needed to know. The cost of the repairs were legit too. They fixed a laundry list of things for me at a very responsible cost. The experience was great and I will now be taking my cars to Simmons exclusively. It’s a way longer story than this post will go into but the short version is this: I have a history of shops losing my trust and giving me the run around. I also do most of my own car work and have friends who can almost always help if I don’t know how to fix something. The few times I have gone to a shop, it has been rough. Not here though. I had a complicated repair on a modified off road vehicle. The process was long, involved, and I didn’t have time to do the work. A trusted retired mechanic I know recommended them and I’m glad they did. Throughout the whole process they would keep me informed with phone calls and a web portal with photos and videos. They were honest when they were charging me as they got to the bottom of the problem. They have earned my trust like no shop has before. They have a lifetime customer for when I can’t do the work myself. I highly recommend them if you need work done! Easy 5 stars!

Like usual Simmons Automotive did a great job. This time it was just an oil change, we dropped the car off and in an hour or so it was ready.
