We placed the winning bid on an oil change package years ago, and have been satisfied customers ever since. The team at Simmons has helped us keep our 19 year-old Toyota with 225K+ miles on the road, and our newer vehicle running strong and aging well. From routine maintenance to more intensive repairs, there is no one we trust more to keep us safe on the go.

GREAT SHOP. I've had a run of bad luck on cars the last little bit but Simmons has made the experience a lot better. Austin and Dean are always upfront and you can really tell that they want to fix the problem and not come back to you with a huge invoice of menial repairs to run up the bill. They've worked on several of my cars and they do a great job. Once I had a repair they had done fail, I called Austin and he got the car back in right away and fixed the problem for free( it was a faulty part not the service provided). Can't say enough good things about this shop so I'll stop here before this review gets too long.

Once again, I can trust Simmon's Automotive to keep me and my family safe. Took it in for a known issue and they were able to fix it and diagnose what caused it. I appreciate their honesty, service and being able to work with them so easily. Also, had my car ready 3 days earlier than I had planned, which helped. I highly recommend them.

My mechanic/shop that I used exclusively moved away. I was in the need of a trustworthy and reliable automotive repair shop. I had been unable to find one that I could fully trust my vehicles with. I had a chance to meet Dean outside of the automotive industry and knew him to be a genuine and honest person. When I found out he owned an automotive repair shop, I knew I had found my new shop. I had some work done on my truck and not only did they come in under the original quote, they kept me informed every step of the way. From Sarah calling me to keep me updated, to Zach informing me of what issues came up, to Dean himself keeping me apprised of everything. I would highly recommend Simmons Automotive.

I brought my 2010 Jeep in for repairs after it had been sitting in a backyard for 10 months. There was a laundry list of items that needed to be addressed. The Simmons Automotive team did an outstanding job tracking down and repairing all of the issues. They even found a hidden squirrels nest under the dashboard and cleared it out. My vehicle was ready on the day they said it would be and the price was under the original quote. Austin kept me informed about the progress being made and repairs required throughout the entire process. My only complaint is that there was a longer wait to get my car in than I would have liked, but that is to be expected when you find a service that is so clearly above the competition and everyone wants to use them!

I’m newly stationed at JBLM and just moved into the area last week. I was pretty busted up about having to get the truck fixed in a brand new area where I don’t know the honest folks from the frauds. Plus it always hurts a little bit no matter what when you have to pay up for a fairly big repair job. These guys made the whole ordeal way more tolerable. They took the time to walk around underneath the truck with a good flashlight and explain the issues they found. Also gave straight answers on the estimate on which items were pertinent safety issues and which could be put on the back burner for a while. Also should be noted that they have our Pledge of Allegiance and our Constitution tacked prominently up on the wall. First time I’ve seen that around these parts. Hopefully I won’t need any truck work for a while, but if I do I’ll visit this crew again. Looks to me like they’re doing it right.
