I cannot recommend Simmons automotive enough. I've never felt like I trusted a mechanic enough. They're honest, fair and incredibly kind. They're a local family who treats customers with respect and fairness and have the ability and knowledge to handle anything your car needs.

I love this shop and honesty so much I am now working for them.

I initially left a one star review because my car had been damaged while in their hands (side view mirror), though it took a while for them to fix, I must say, speaking to Dean was very assuring, and I felt like I couldn’t trust him to fix the damage. Per Dean it took long to fix because COVID pandemic made it a challenge to get the part desired and in a timely manner. Dean made sure to keep following up and trying to get the part needed for the car, and once he was able to, he called us in to make sure it fit and was what we were happy with. He then sent the part to get spray painted to match our vans color. Currently, I have been advised it is ready for placement and they are now waiting on me to have a date to come in to get it fixed. I must admit it was quite stressful driving around with the part in its condition and took a lot of trusting on my end because it was taking a while to come to a resolution but Dean kept in touch, was able to speak to me in a manner where I could trust him and made sure to fix the damage. Hands down professional and can trust Deane for accountability :)

Dean who's the owner is LEGIT!!! Honest, integrity and a straight up shooter, tells you what's wrong with your vehicle!! Goes beyond by helping us get our 08 Ford F350 fixed so we can go camping!!! Thank you!! His son is awsome too Austin!!! Great family business!! You get great service even tho price's are competitive.

i recently took my vehicle to Simmons Automotive to have the Air Conditioner repaired. I dropped the vehicle off and came home. About an hour after getting home, I received a Call from Austin at Simmons. He informed me that the AC problem was common in my car and was a silent recall issue. He further informed me that the dealer would fix it for free. I have used Simmons for years and have always been impressed with their excellence in automotive repair and service. This incident clearly shows their honesty as well. They put my interest before their own. They could have repaired the AC and enjoyed the profits, however they took the more difficult path and put my interest first. My AC was repaired by the dealer at no cost to me. If you are looking for a repair shop that is excellent and honest, Simmons Automotive is the best!

Took my car to Simmons for Air Conditioner repair. About an hour after getting home they called to tell me the AC problem was a silent recall item for my car and the dealer would repair it for free.They put my interest before their profits. I have dealt with them for years and they are easily the most excellent and honest auto repair shop I have ever used. I am 70 years old and have used a lot of different shops in the past, but Simmons is the only one in my future!
