Simmons automotive is always polite to their customers from what I've observed they don't try and Guage you for money they make good recommendations for what you need and they never haggle you for money which is awesome in an automotive place good pricing on everything I've ever had done.

This was my first time having my vehicle serviced from Simmons Automotive. I’m not going to lie It was a little more than I like to pay. Though because I know these are a people I can trust it wasn’t hard to fork out the extra money. On top of that they ran my diagnostic as a courtesy and didn’t even force me into getting services done with them. Super appreciative. Thank you Simmons Family and friends. Until next time. After taking my car to a few different places I was referred to Simmons. Hands down it was the best most honest work. The communication was phenomenal from the shop. My car is running better than it ever has.

I went to Simmons to get my check engine light figured out, Austin came right out and hooked up the computer and with in 3 minutes, he had it figured out. He explained everything to me made an appointment for me. I dropped the truck off in the morning, and it was ready at 4 when I got off work. Very friendly people people.
