The team at Simmons was very professional and thorough while performing the diagnostic check on my 2002 Toyota Camry. They provided constant communication from when the vehicle was dropped off all the way until the work was completed. Their courtesy inspection provided me with additional concerns with the vehicle that I was not previously aware of. I would suggest Simmons Automotive to anyone looking for a quality shop to have work done to their vehicle.

I was not a customer but I had the distinct pleasure to watch the interaction between the owner and several of his customers. I was very impressed with his straightforward approach to his customers, caring attitude and honesty to the point of admitting an error and making it right with the customer. This is where I want to take my vehicles for repair!
