I took my car in to have the catalytic converter cover re-installed, because Meineke didn't do it correctly. But once your people looked at it, even though it wasn't right, it was installed so it will be VERY hard to get it off. They said they COULD try, if I wanted them to, but it would cost twice as much, so we just left it! Their honesty made me a customer, although my Prius doesn't require much! Thank you so much!!! I was referred by my friend Art Cherry, and though Simmons did not fix my 1998 Kia Sportage's problems, they gave me a list of issues, and the recommendation that perhaps my 22-year-old car was beyond saving. Mind you, it went to Simmons on a flat bed because it would not start; I drove it home because they did do that much. Another thing they did NOT do is tell me I needed a part fixed that my last two mechanics said needed replacing after one of them allegedly did. I told Simmons about that part and was told it wasn't an immediate issue. I dunno about you, but I really really like that sort of honesty, and once I have a vehicle worthy of Simmons' services, I will be back.
