Austin is THE BEST!!! I have been here multiple times and he is always super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He will tell you everything you want to know about the repairs you need and how important/urgent they are to get done. This is the only place I want to take my car for repair. Everyone there does an incredible job. They are quick and reasonably priced. They let me drop off and pick up my car before or after hours which is very convenient. I highly recommend!

I go to them for everything. The entire team is honest, well answer a million questions, have patience, and always leave me feeling well taken care of. I come from a family of mechanics and since moving here, simmons treats me like my family does when it comes to my car. I won't go anywhere else.

I took my Nissan Altima here for several issues a noise I couldn’t identify and a front suspension issue. From the time I walked in the staff were awesome! Friendly, personable, and explained the process clearly. I was blown away by the technology Simmons uses to review their findings and communicate clearly and transparently. At no point was I wondering what the cost was going to be and what was going to be fixed. I accepted the request using their software and it was off to the races. The quote included pictures, an explanation of the issue from their mechanic and an itemized quote. I was able to also communicate through their software and my note was promptly responded to. The actual repair took less than a day. My car drives like a dream. Can’t say enough about this experience. The best I have had in Tacoma. Do yourself a favor and go here for your auto repairs!!!!

I was recommended this location by my two coworkers, both of whom used Simmons in the past and couldn’t recommend anyone higher. I’m glad that I listened to their recommendation, because these guys are no joke. My car broke down after about 3 years of neglect, and needed major repairs. They took my car on delivery from a tow company while I was at work, which was amazingly convenient. From there, they immediately began diagnosis of the problems, and had a detailed list ready for my review online within a few hours of beginning work. Once I approved the numerous repairs through their website portal, they were able to turn my car around within 48 hours. They replaced a serpentine belt, brake booster hose, replaced my right front axel assembly, fixed electrical problems I was having with my turn signals and tail lights, and a full fluid flush and replacement (cooling system, oil and transmission fluid). I was thoroughly impressed by their customer service and attentiveness to the issues facing my vehicle, and their ability to simply get the work done, even as I added new repairs throughout the communication process. I will be recommending Simmons to anyone that I know who needs their vehicle serviced, and will be back myself. Thank you guys for getting my baby back on the road!

Simmons was the least stressful thing about having my car break down. Ownership clearly takes pains to hire excellent, service oriented staff. Special shout out to Dean, Austin, and Leslie. Thanks all of you for taking such good care of me.
