I was not a customer but I had the distinct pleasure to watch the interaction between the owner and several of his customers. I was very impressed with his straightforward approach to his customers, caring attitude and honesty to the point of admitting an error and making it right with the customer. This is where I want to take my vehicles for repair!

Brought my car in for a transmission fluid flush & everything went perfect. Price wasn’t bad at all!

Moved to the tacoma area a couple years ago and they have been my go-to automotive maintenance and repair. I love the very detailed reports they provide with pictures of needed repairs. The office folks are extremely helpful and professional! Highly recommend!

Simmons did a pre buy inspection for me. I am an out of state buyer. Their inspection was very thorough and helped me make a good decision without seeing the vehicle.

Simmons Automotive did an inspection of a truck I was interested in purchasing. They did a thorough inspection and took the time to discuss the results with me which was very helpful. I called on a Wednesday and they booked the appointment the next day! Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt service.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this shop. My daughter is in college in Tacoma and is 3 1/2 hrs from home. Googled some places with great reviews but once I called them the comfort wasnt there there was no care she was just a number. I found Simmons on google and Instantly felt like we had called the right place within the first 2 minutes of the phone call. They got my daughters car in immediately and within 3 days she was back on the road. Love the detailed diagnostics and notes and pictures along the way. They give you the option of accepting service via a link they send you so you know exactly what your total will be based on what you have authorized up before service is even started. Would love to take the rest of our vehicles up there as we don't have service like that in our home area. Highly recommend this shop for all service needs.
