Tacoma Auto Repair

I brought my 20 year old Lexus in for a significant amount of work. I left it for the day and Simmons arranged a rental car through Enterprise. At the end of the day, a Friday my car was not done. The owner called and told me he would pay for my rental through the weekend so they could finish my car. I told him the rental wouldn't work for me as I was driving my elderly parents to Spokane for a family event and needed a car that was large and comfortable. The owner sent me to the Enterprise lot to pick out any car I wanted for the weekend, and he payed for it. My car was ready Monday and I was able to drop off the rental at Simmons when I picked up my car. My car runs like a new car again and we had a great road trip! The repairs were done well and at a fair price. We have found our family mechanic! The folks at Simmons took care of me like I was family!

Awesome! Customer service is beyond great. Work was completed well. Good place to work on your vehicles because they are honest and do not overcharge! I will use them from now on for all the needs of my 2009 Enclave.

Austin is THE BEST!!! I have been here multiple times and he is always super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He will tell you everything you want to know about the repairs you need and how important/urgent they are to get done. This is the only place I want to take my car for repair. Everyone there does an incredible job. They are quick and reasonably priced. They let me drop off and pick up my car before or after hours which is very convenient. I highly recommend!

I go to them for everything. The entire team is honest, well answer a million questions, have patience, and always leave me feeling well taken care of. I come from a family of mechanics and since moving here, simmons treats me like my family does when it comes to my car. I won't go anywhere else.

I took my Nissan Altima here for several issues a noise I couldn’t identify and a front suspension issue. From the time I walked in the staff were awesome! Friendly, personable, and explained the process clearly. I was blown away by the technology Simmons uses to review their findings and communicate clearly and transparently. At no point was I wondering what the cost was going to be and what was going to be fixed. I accepted the request using their software and it was off to the races. The quote included pictures, an explanation of the issue from their mechanic and an itemized quote. I was able to also communicate through their software and my note was promptly responded to. The actual repair took less than a day. My car drives like a dream. Can’t say enough about this experience. The best I have had in Tacoma. Do yourself a favor and go here for your auto repairs!!!!
