Simmons Automotive did an inspection of a truck I was interested in purchasing. They did a thorough inspection and took the time to discuss the results with me which was very helpful. I called on a Wednesday and they booked the appointment the next day! Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and prompt service.

Can't say enough wonderful things about this shop. My daughter is in college in Tacoma and is 3 1/2 hrs from home. Googled some places with great reviews but once I called them the comfort wasnt there there was no care she was just a number. I found Simmons on google and Instantly felt like we had called the right place within the first 2 minutes of the phone call. They got my daughters car in immediately and within 3 days she was back on the road. Love the detailed diagnostics and notes and pictures along the way. They give you the option of accepting service via a link they send you so you know exactly what your total will be based on what you have authorized up before service is even started. Would love to take the rest of our vehicles up there as we don't have service like that in our home area. Highly recommend this shop for all service needs.

This place is so great! I had my car towed there and they do a general inspection on your entire car and let you know how everything looks and then recommend services. I love the way that they send everything over to you electronically and include pictures of everything they fix. No awkward conversations about what you can afford, you just approve or not approve a service. Great place and totally recommend!

Every time I bring my car in and describe what I am experiencing, the crew at Simmons Automotive are able to pinpoint the problem and fix it that day. I know nothing about repairing an automobile. Neither does my husband. I totally rely upon Simmons Automotive to keep my car running and me safe. They are the best!

No matter what I come in for, they are able to fix it and get me running safely and smoothly again. Love this place.
