I had an emergency starting problem due to a dead battery. After buying a new battery and having it installed at another location I had Simmons do full check of the entire charging system to ensure that there were no other problems. They took it in right away and did the check-out and said that all other systems were OK. So that gave me some peace of mind that it was only the battery. Great job!

Austin was very helpful and knowledgeable and was friendly with great service. Leslie was very helpful and friendly. They absolutely know their stuff and I ended up saving a lot of money and stress. I would consider Simmons to be my mechanic shop from this point forward. Very honest and friendly and are there to truly help with your concerns and your budget. I will recommend them to all folks. They are awesome 🙂

Fast, very high quality service for a pre purchase inspection. Kept the report confidential with me and didn’t share with the dealer despite their request (Thanks!). I took a chance and picked these guys to inspect a used car based on ratings and they left a very positive impression. The PPI revealed several unknown issues, helped my negotiation position, and potentially saved me from a regrettable purchase. I felt the price was reasonable. Austin was the person I worked with directly and he was extremely professional. He worked with me to ensure the specific things I wanted to check were performed to the best of their ability.
