We really enjoyed our experience with Simmons! It was appreciated that they took pictures of our vehicle to exactly show us what was going on. They were very professional and transparent with pricing and the status of our vehicle. When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was parked in front of the building. It was a little strange that we found the door to be unlocked prior to receiving our keys and hope it was not unlocked for a long period of time. Regardless, the customer service was fantastic and would recommend to others!

I last minute needed a brake job ASAP before I made a long trip back home and this place took me in asap! They didn’t take very long to finish my brakes either! When I left I noticed I needed one more thing taken care of and they took me right back in AGAIN the same day! (: Overall pretty awesome & hardworking crew and pretty great experience !

We’d like to thank Simmons automotive and their responsive staff for taking care of our engine light disaster. I took my 2016 ford fusion in so many times to finally find out it had a major engine problem that cost over 7k. Simmons helped us with every step of getting the car’s warranty to fix all our problems and also kept the car at their shop for about 2 months. We were so stressed, especially just having moved into the state. Simmons truly made us feel at home and comfortable with feeling like we are getting great service. Thank you again!

Wow, what a great place! Had a rough Monday morning, went to leave for work and my truck wouldn't start. Got to work called around to try to get into a shop for repair, no luck. A friend recommended Simmons Automotive, said she had great luck for years with them. Called in the afternoon they said bring it in. Had it towed there just before closing, they couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. They had someone working on my truck first thing in the morning. I was sent text about what they found when diagnosed including pictures and cost for repairs. It was the fuel pump, I pushed approved and by 3pm I was driving off their lot with truck repaired. The service was fast, friendly and affordable. I couldn't be happier with my experience, I will definitely recommend Simmons Automotive.

The team at Simmons was very professional and thorough while performing the diagnostic check on my 2002 Toyota Camry. They provided constant communication from when the vehicle was dropped off all the way until the work was completed. Their courtesy inspection provided me with additional concerns with the vehicle that I was not previously aware of. I would suggest Simmons Automotive to anyone looking for a quality shop to have work done to their vehicle.
