As always exemplary customer service, transparent process that centers around their customer. I had a electrical issue which required a replacement of the harness that allows my windows and door locks to operate. I was quoted $1000 at another shop. Simmons completed this for about half that. Their attention to detail and quality repair is what sets them apart. I also was looking for a tune up but after a courtesy thorough inspection all my other systems and mechanical components did not need a tune up. They provided valuable feedback that saved me time and money!! Best mechanics in Tacoma hands down. Thank you for your work. Altima’s Prime is ready for my my winter road-trip.
