Good Job as always

Two days prior to leaving for a long trip, I started hearing noises in my suspension. I panicked thinking no shop was going to be able to get me scheduled in time before my trip. I was referred to Simmons Automotive by a friend of mine who worked there. I called Simmons Automotive and they were able to get me in right away. I arrived and spoke to Dean. Shortly after looking over my truck, the shop was able to diagnose the problem. Dean was helpful, honest and fair. My truck needed a few parts replaced, and they were replaced just in time for my trip. I will definitely referring people to this shop. And I will be taking my vehicles there for future work. Thank you Dean!

My daughter's car broke down across the street from Simmons Automotive - which ended up being the best outcome of a bad situation! It was late in the evening and their shop was closing in about 30 minutes. Dean and his team were extremely helpful and were able to diagnose the problem and provide me a very reasonable quote that evening before they closed! They got the parts the next morning and had the car ready to go by mid-day. Amazing service and great people!

Best service I’ve ever had from a mechanic. They kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle with notes and pictures. They even post the cost of the repairs and suggested services in your notes so that there’s no sticker shock. Simmons Automotive is now my go to shop.
