This is my second time coming here. Highly recommend! They give excellent comprehensive service.

We had to reschedule and the process was painless. The Service Advisor (Austin) called me and kept me abreast of all that was happening. They found the problem and since the unit required more programming that they could not do so with the utmost in integrity, they called me and referred me to the Dealer instead of attempting to do it any way. Hats off to these guys.

When my check engine light came on this weekend, I didn't know how long it would take to have a mechanic eyeball it, but didn't feel safe driving with the check engine light on like a dummy. Somehow you guys slid me in for a quick scan today and magically had a small window to install new spark plugs/wires over lunch. Appreciate the positive can-do attitudes all the way around, and as usual, the work was excellent and I'm able to drive to work in Seattle tomorrow!

Simmons Auto was a pleasant experience from the jump. Leslie was awesome over the phone answering questions & setting up an appointment for my oil change & Austin was awesome during check in & when the service was finished! Will definitely be back for other services, especially since they were kind enough to do their free inspection AND list additional work that should be completed to keep my car running well in order of importance! (All while being genuinely kind & not pushy!)
