Great customer service. You can tell they actually care about finding and fixing any issues verses just getting a check. I'm pretty sure the owner even introduced himself and welcomed/thanked me for coming. Absolutely will recommend them to everyone.

I was referred to Simmons Automotive by a dear friend ~ What a gift!!! I knew I was in the right place right away. Both (of the) Mr. Simmons greeted me warmly and expressed a sincere interest in helping me take care of my auto. They laid out a clear plan of action to assure that my vehicle would be in safe condition for my upcoming cross-country road trip. I was impressed with their courtesy, knowledge, professionalism and caring. Even though I just met the Simmons, I knew instantly that I could fully trust them. It feels like I just met the new "Best Friend" for my auto who will keep me safe on the road!! I am deeply grateful.
