Their system for communicating progress along the way through text allowed me to have peace of mind that the work being completed was timely and necessary. I've been taking my Astros to Simmons now for several years and have always been pleased with communication and quality of work. I had a radiator part fail a few days after install - I called Simmons to let them know I was going to limp the van to them and had a call back in 2 minutes stating the tow truck was on the way and please don't drive the van - they towed my van the 20 miles to the shop, dropped everything to identify the issue and repair (bad part - it happens these days) and get it sorted so they also stand behind their work and care about the customer. Happy I found them.
