Simmons identified my problem quickly and correctly. They were as shocked as I was over the cost of the replacement part. But they didn't stop there. They contacted the dealership to inquire about warranties and recalls. when that did not pan out they immediately researched alternatives. There was no charge for the extensive time they spent on research. Simmons provided me with details and photos of the problem. I sent these details to the manufacturer with a letter. The manufacturer agreed to cover replacement cost at a local dealership. When I called Simmons to cancel my repair appointment, they were overjoyed that the manufacturer would repair my car. The entire staff at Simmons went way beyond expected service. In an age of looking out for #1, they are also looking out for us. They are the best!

Great service this morning! My AC was not working in my car, and I expected a big bill due to its age. Turns out that it was a “textbook” connection mistake due to some other work I had done at a different shop . My diagnosis appointment didn’t take as long as expected, so they adjusted the price.
