I had some pre-arranged work done on my Honda. The work was completed as promised and within my time requirements. There were no surprises about the job. Dean, Austin and Lesley work hard to keep their customers informed about everything they find. They work with their customers to get maintenance issues taken care of and will stretch out the appointments to help with personal budgets where possible.

We came to Simmons highly recommended by a friend...was not dissapointed. Infact, the overall experience was EXCEPTIONAL! It's challenging to find honest automotive busineses these days. And I found this business quite transparent & knowledgable. There were quite a few service items that my car needed addressed. There was no pressure to complete it all at once so instead we were given options of importance! That made the pocket book that much more manageable. Austin was an exceptional communicator and the woman at the front desk with him was also very pleasant.
