Tacoma Auto Repair

I took my Mazda in for a second opinion on an apparent (according to Mazda service) broken engine mount. Dean inspected the car and found no such thing, just normal wear and tear. He completed an inspection an found that the only thing that required attention was the serpentine belt which I new needed to be replaced soon. Excellent and honest service!

It's never fun when your vehicle needs repairs. Simmons staff and owner took the sting out of it by giving us several options. Their diagnostic showed urgently needed repairs, recommended repairs, and maintenance & repair that would potentially need to be done in the near future. This was very helpful in deciding which repairs to do immediately and which we could hold off on till later. The staff from reception/inspection to completion and pick up were friendly, knowledgeable, informative and efficient. Austin answered any questions we had graciously. The process was very well organized and clear. We would take our vehicles here again in a heartbeat.
