Fast turn-around. Vehicle was in for 50k miles service. I expected it would be in the shop until mid to late afternoon but it was ready by 12:30. Except for my Free Oil Changes For Life from the dealer, Simmons Automotive gets my future service needs.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Simmons. This is the only auto shop that does a complete, top to bottom inspection of your vehicle and hands you a detailed report with pictures of any repairs that are needed. Great staff, great service and Austin is great at making repair suggestions and explaining the repair process. This was my 2nd visit to Simmons and I can honestly say that this is the only shop I will ever take my car to.

We just moved to the area and were worried when our car started making a new sound. Fortunately, the recommendations were spot-on for Simmons. While we didn't get great news that day, we did get low pressure estimates, accurate information, and all of our questions answered. We are relieved to have found our new mechanic, one we can trust, and we will definitely be using them again

Austin my service advisor was fantastic he updated me on a regular basis of the status of my repair. What has been done and the time frame of the completion and what is left to be done. Very happy with the service.

Simmons recently serviced my car for the annual oil change & tire rotation. As usual, the service was timely & Austin & Leslie were personable. I always appreciate a review of services needed before my next oil change. I requested some missing tire valve caps & they sent me over to T&S Tire. Leslie let them know I was on the way. It's the little things that sets businesses apart from the competition & keeps people coming back.
