They found what they thought to believe that she that the dealership was unable to figure out for the last 3 1/2 months. Simmons was honest upfront gave the pricing was respectful to the dealership, which allowed me to make sure that I was going to be a part of the solution and not the problem. Fast, very high quality service for a pre purchase inspection. Kept the report confidential with me and didn’t share with the dealer despite their request (Thanks!). I took a chance and picked these guys to inspect a used car based on ratings and they left a very positive impression. The PPI revealed several unknown issues, helped my negotiation position, and potentially saved me from a regrettable purchase. I felt the price was reasonable. Austin was the person I worked with directly and he was extremely professional. He worked with me to ensure the specific things I wanted to check were performed to the best of their ability. Communication was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They listened… pinpointing my cars initial issue for visit assuring the issue was resolved by expert diagnostics to my satisfaction and follow up.. In complete diagnosis (Honest) advice in full descriptions and explanations of my cars critical safety priorities to basic listing one at a time fitting easily within my budget. You don’t have to cross your fingers every time you must get somewhere afraid of fixing things on your car will cost too much. I can’t tell you how satisfying it is not to worry my car will fail me….
