Simmons automotive has the best service! Most shops try to get you to spend all your money, an aren't honest about things! SIMMONS IS AN HONEST SHOP! They won't over charge you for anything! It's great that dean (the owner) is always with the customers! Not many owners do that!! He even took the time to come OUT TO MY HOUSE, and look at my car before I had it towed there! By far the best service I have ever received from a shop!

I had brought my jeep wrangler here and had metalcloak gear installed . Everyone was real friendly and did an awsome job and I will definitely be coming back again. Only thing had to wait a little longer for a certain tool but I recommend to anyone anytime.

Dean,I really appreciate your fitting me in last minute on a Friday no less. Your communication was excellent, keeping me informed of the work performed each step of the way. I also appreciated Sarah calling me the following Monday to check in and see how the new window was working. Great service. It is a rare occurence to find a service facility that is dependable and does good work, but it's a treat to find such knowledgable and friendly folks to work with.

Loved the work and they explained everything very well. The only reason this is not an "excellent" is because it took longer than expected. this was due to some pretty bad luck on their part (i.e. sick workers, hospitalizations, etc), so I don't blame them.. they kept me updated the whole time and called me almost every day. thanks guys!

From the moment my car was put into the hands of the gentlemen at Simmons Automotive until then finished work...I knew I was in the right place. From Sean who handled me with kid gloves to Dean the owner I was ALWAYS dealt with in an extremely professional manner. They fixed my car and I have never had one bit of trouble since I took off their hands. They handled everything with the insurance so that I didn't have to do a thing.
