Service was fast. Personnel polite and knowledgeable. Given the variety of vehicles I saw at the shop, it's a relief to know that this shop has a great reputation in the So. Tacoma area for genuinely great auto repair regardless of what you drive . Dean and his team gave advice specific for my car and it's age in regard to periodic mileage/maintenance requirements and assured me they can handle it. I really appreciate that!

Friendly staff, was even greeted by the owner himself! Only down side, I requested them to check out why my break light kept coming on and they forgot. I didnt notice until a few days later when it came on again. Ill have them check it out next time for sure! Great customer service, they got me in and out quickly!

When I read the reviews on google and yelp, I really was impressed and was really hoping that I finally found an honest and talented auto mechanic. The reviews were not only accurate, but I cannot say enough good words about Dean and Simmons Automotive. They treat customers like they matter, and they really know the meaning of good customer service. They were not going to be happy until my car was running perfect again. I had my engine light on and my car hesitated really bad. Now my car is running like a new car again. I am so happy that I found an auto shop where I can feel confident that I am getting great service at a great price. When I was told what could be wrong, I looked up prices online in my zip code, and the site gave prices from low range to high range in the area. All prices that I was charged were at the lower end of the spectrum, and with my coupon for free diagnostic check that they had online, I saved close to $100 on top of that. Thanks Simmons Automotive!
