I purchased the Simmons Neighborhood Special offer. Took my 2000 Lincoln Navigator in for free oil change and to diagnose "Service Engine" light reasons. My vehicle was thoroughly checked out and I was provided not only with the reason for the warning light but also a list of all issues that could and/or should be addressed. I appreciated their attention to all aspects involving safety, including exterior lights, tires, etc. The repairs were very involved, but they were diligent in getting it right. They were even thoughtful enough to provide a rental when repair time increased so that I could get to Doctor's appointment.
