It all went as smooth as silk (not the norm) and the diagnosis and pricing could not have been better. I will return as my older vehicle does require attention. I am feeling an overall sense, having moved to Tacoma recently, that the community and this service falls in line with; I am very pleased that some of my family and myself have relocated here!

This was one of the friendliest and most professional shops I ever encountered on my driving-age experience, and I am now in my late 30s. The Simmons Team assessed my vehicle and even made it a point to let me know ways to cut cost and also managed to put in order all the work that I would need on my vehicle in order of importance or priority. Very knowledgable staff and I felt comfortable enough to set another future appointment for service directly right after I had finished my original service. More shops in town should operate similarly!
