This was one of the friendliest and most professional shops I ever encountered on my driving-age experience, and I am now in my late 30s. The Simmons Team assessed my vehicle and even made it a point to let me know ways to cut cost and also managed to put in order all the work that I would need on my vehicle in order of importance or priority. Very knowledgable staff and I felt comfortable enough to set another future appointment for service directly right after I had finished my original service. More shops in town should operate similarly!

They are very kind and professional. They expertly explain/show you the issue with your car so you can feel informed about making a decision to have the repair. They are AWESOME!

Well my 84 year old Mom needed her A/C fixed in her 1991 Mercury and I knew it was going to be a problem trying to update the old A/C. After a few tries of getting the right parts and put it all together and have a A/C that works. Well the guys at Simmons Automotive did the job, it may have took a few days, but the system works great.... better than new. And now my Mom can go to the store in comfort. Thanks Guys. Scott Deney
