Courteous, professional service. Simmons worked with me every step of the way, assuring that the job was done to my expectations. They gave me total confidence that the job would be done right, the first time, and at a competitive price.

First off, I love these people. They really do have integrity as their sign says (and apparently an aloe vera plant), and they never overcharge me, AND make sure I understand what's getting fixed before they do a thing. Matt is my favorite mechanic there. He has countlessly checked my tire pressure any time I've come in complaining that my "tire pressure light" came on without a negative word to say to about it. I highly recommend the whole Simmons team to anyone who wants to get their car fixed by a family who treats you like a real person should without paying an arm and a leg. With my driving and luck, I'm sure I'll see you soon, friends.

I appreciated the good communication, specifically confirming the initial cost for the diagnosis. The actual repair (cleaning an emission part) was included in the basic diagnosis cost and not added on: thank you! I'm thankful for the careful inspection of the overall condition of my vehicle that was conducted as part of the diagnosis, which I can now use to prepare for repairs in a proactive and timely manner. And...the shop was spic-and-span, the waiting room small but pleasant and the office staff were knowledgeable and gracious. I will be back again!
