Good customer service. Vibration issue was diagnosed fairly quick. It would have been helpful to have an approximate wait time as I choose to wait in the lobby as my car is my only means of transportation that day. Overall a good experience, made another appointment to fix as-found issues.

What an answer to prayer! Having a reliable mechanic who I can trust means everything to me. My Mom drove down for Christmas and had smoke coming from the hood. We barely rolled it into Simmons and they took great care of us.
