We came in for a pre-purchase inspection. Simmons found roughly $4k worth of largely invisible issues and saved us from making what could have been a very expensive mistake. They took to time to explain all the issues as well as providing detailed information on potential repair expenses. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
